WAC 110-300-0165(2)(f): Stickers or signs will need to be placed on glass door at eye level to prevent children from walking into it. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): The following will need to be removed from the backyard to prevent cuts, abrasions, and punctures: several areas with sticker bushes hard branches facing upward from the grass Scrap metal near the exit gate that has point edged Rose bush near deck (or make a barrier to be made inaccessibale to children) WAC 110-300-0165(3)(e): The following will need to be repaired or made inaccessible to prevent tripping/falling hazard The broken wood on deck next to the slide door The hole in the deck located in the back of the yard WAC 110-300-0165(4)(f): Safety gate on the bottom of the stairs is not closing, will need to be fixed or replaced to keep stairs and unlicensed space inaccessible. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): Outlets in the front room will need to made tamper-resistant or inaccessible WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): Outlets near the sink in the kitchen will need to be made inaccessibe OR tamper-resistant and equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter(GFCI)
